In 1991, Lupe and Nick opened their first Móle Mexican Bar and Grill in NYC, growing to 3 restaurants by 2012, now with our first Florida location right here in Wellington. Móle’s full bar has up to 125 Tequilas available for premium Margaritas or simply relaxing and taking in those tequila tasting notes, terroirs, and flavors that are unique to the soil. We invite you to enjoy a meal in our beautiful dining room or al fresco at our bar or terrace. Start with a Margarita made with 100% Agave tequila, and fresh lime juice. If you feel adventurous try any of our house special drinks, El Diablo, El Vampiro or Besame Mucho… we leave the drinking order up to you.
The best Mexican restaurant in Wellington and always very good! I am sure a purist would hate this remark, but I think Frozen Margaritas would be a nice a addition as it is hot down here and after a long day, something cold like that would be mighty nice. But again, always great!
If you enjoy Mexican food and live within driving distance of Mole Cantina Mexicana, this is the place to go. Have enjoyed everything I’ve ordered here. Also, the guacamole made table side is a must.
The handmade guacamole at your table is outstanding! The mole chicken enchiladas are authentic and superbly tasty. Noise level at 6:30 on a Saturday was deafening. Why salsa music and not Mexican music? Great drinks, great menu. By 8:00 things quieted down and I could actually hear my friend across the table say: “This place is GREAT!”
It is a fun, delicious restaurant. Everybody loved it and we will return. I saw it reviewed on a local PBS show, Check Please! South Florida- and we’re glad we went. Easy parking, too. You will NOT regret the coconut tres leche cake if they have it! Best cake of my entire life! Super accommodating servers, great guacamole made table side
Had a great dinner on a Friday night. Excellent service…we reserved the table and received a call confirming reservations for inside or outside (really loved that A+) We went to celebrate my sons 15th b-day and my friends wedding anniversary and really enjoyed the ambiance and Mariachis. The waiter was excellent (Tomas) Thank you and until next time. Btw it was our second time eating at Mole Cantina and we returned because of a great service from a waitress named (Martha), she was awesome!
