ANTHONYS COAL FIRED PIZZA MENU
We were built on a passion for great pizza. Founder Anthony Bruno grew up on Long Island, but he couldn’t find the pizza he knew and loved when he moved to Florida, so he decided to make his own. Armed with authentic recipes passed down through generations, Anthony opened our first restaurant in 2002. Since then, we’ve expanded to over 60 locations in eight states.
If fresh ingredients are at the core of our menu, coal fired flavor is at the heart of who are are. We use only the highest quality ingredients, including hand-picked Italian tomatoes for our sauce, vine-ripened plum tomatoes for our salads, Pecorino Romano grated in house, fresh vegetables and herbs and homemade dough. Then everything served hot, including our signature pizzas, is cooked at 900 degrees in our coal fired oven for a distinct and delicious taste.
In November 2021, BurgerFi announced the acquisition of Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza & Wings with 61 company-owned locations in eight states.
Had a lovely ‘catch up’ dinner with a few family members last Sunday afternoon. The weather was so nice we opted to sit outside. My brother lives nearby and eats here from time to time. We were a party of 8. The server ( a very nice young lady) was on top of everything from start to finish. She recognized my brother and son from previous visits and made us all feel welcome. We arrived around 4:30 in the afternoon so it was not too busy. The parking lot is rather small so I’m glad we visited at that time.
We ordered a large Caesar salad to share and a meatball appetizer. My family members loved the meatballs. The salad was good and had enough for all of us to have some before our pizza arrived. My sister and I shared the Square Margherita Pizza. It was delicious. We finished it! Other family members ordered a large Create Your Own Pizza with cheese and a Caprese Pizza. There were no leftovers as everyone devoured the pizza!
Our server checked on us frequently throughout our meal. Plates were removed and drinks refilled as needed. It was a nice, casual meal
We eat here once a week. They are a friendly bunch that check up on you always to make sure all is ok. The employees seem genuinely happy to work there. And the food is always delicious. The only request I have is to add mozzarella sticks please!!
Amazing pizza spot with fantastic service, a large menu, enjoyable atmosphere, and super tasty Italian pies that were so loaded with meats you must look at the pictures! Us eleventh guys dropped in for our final day of sunshine craving the pizza, found the place quite empty and eager to get us the goods fast to get us to the airport on time. Their house made a strawberry lemonade smashed, highly recommend! Thankfully they gave one free refill on that, great to see huge pizzas here too. The prices might be awkward elsewhere serving anything smaller but it’s all fine to feast here. I did the Tuesday wing deal and had a slice as well. A quality combination of well-made ingredients. Wish this place was closer but happy to add this to the short list for next time.
I only started eating food here because my job is around the corner and we have food catered occasionally. I was recently craving their meatball ricotta pizza and was unfortunately unable to order because I was stuck at work but I signed up for their rewards program. That was a good idea because you receive a free 12″ pizza when you join. I remembered this week that I didn’t use the reward and it was expiring so I made the effort to order.
I placed my order online for my free pizza, along with garlic knots and focaccia bread. I was asked the make, model, and color of my car so I could have curbside pickup. The order said 20 minutes. I got caught up at work so I left a little later and there was an accident blocking US1 so it look more like 25 minutes for me to get there. There were no signs for curbside pickup and that parking lot is a disaster. Mostly because the people parking there are not the sharpest.
Since the parking lot was a shit show, I thought it would be best to park and retrieve my food myself by going inside. After the woman in front of me took her time and finally completed her transaction, I provided my name, to which the staff member retrieved my food, and I was out the door. I was inside for such a short amount of time but it did look clean and smelled delicious in there! Of course trying to leave the lot was worse than trying to get in and park. The parking was the only negative aspect for me, as if you could not tell already! I would be great for an additional driveway but maybe it is not possible.
I finally arrived home and scoffed down some slices with hubs. Even though we did not reheat it and it was cold, the pizza was very good. Garlic rolls from any place taste the same to me. The focaccia was not the greatest in the sense it lacked some flavor. I am surprised in myself but I really like their food. The pizza is not close to NY pizza but it is still very good and has a lot of flavor. I would highly recommend eating at the restaurant or choosing delivery as an option.
