I always regret getting a “like it” mint mint chocolate chip, every single time! It just gets too sweet with the chocolate syrup & mini chips, even though I love mint and its partner for life chocolate brownies! I’ve ordered their 6 pack of ice cream cupcakes ($16.99 DoorDash) and found the chocolate shell and whipped frosting a bit much, plus not enough cake layer at the bottom. If I had to pick, I’d go for the cake remix cupcake: pink frosting with sprinkles hiding some cake batter ice cream and a small layer of red velvet cake. I wish there was more of the cake! The other two options are double chocolate and the white cake with sweet cream ice cream. They’re alright.
The ice cream cookie sandwich 4 pack is a different story. So good! 2 chocolate chip cookies hugging either sweet cream, cake batter, or chocolate ice cream. Rolled in rainbow sprinkles, Oreo crumbs, white/milk chocolate curls, or chocolate chips. Kinda wish there was cookie variety but you can’t go wrong with the classic. $12.99 on DD.
Bought a ice cream cake today. Service was friendly and decorated my cake with a birthday inscription really nicely and quickly.
The ice cream was so good and I highly recommend it to any ice cream lovers and the customer service was good nothing bad at this place period they know what they doin.

I had the most incredible experience at this Cold Stone location! I have lived in this area for more than 15 years and almost cannot remember a time where this specific location was not here. Many times visiting after a nice dinner at the Japanese Steakhouse adjacent to it, and nothing more than disappointed every time.
I guess the only difference between my most current visit and the hundreds of visit before was the staff. Your most recent hire, Samantha, who humbly informed me that it was merely her second day, 100% made my experience, and ultimately kept my business at your store.
As you know there are a plethora of competitors opening around you, which should not matter if you continue to hire a team like Samantha. Everyone sells the same ice cream, but sometimes it matters more about your customer service. It seems like if you invest in your team, they will in turn invest in you 🙂
We get most of our family birthday cakes from here and they never disappoint.
A little pricey but so are most things worth getting these days.
