My husband and I were recently introduced to Tub Tim Thai and liked it so much we returned twice this month! The ambiance is warm, cozy and exotic, all at once. The service is excellent, unobtrusive and timely. The menu is extensive; we have enjoyed both Thai specialties and fresh and delicious sushi. The price point is more than reasonable. We have recommended this restaurant to friends and received excellent feedback. We look forward to returning soon!
Joined my family for dinner twice during the 2 weeks we vacationed in Wellington, FL. 3rd year in a Row, that we have gone there, and this restaurant doesn’t disappoint!
We keep returning because the food is so good, is beautifully prepared, and is very flavorful.
The coconut soup is the best I’ve had anywhere! You have a choice of chicken or shrimp as the protein in the soup. I usually get the chicken which is yummy!
The wonton soup is a favorite with other family members. The broth is very flavorful.
We shared an order of summer rolls. The were also delicious, served with 2 sauces, peanut and sweet & sour sauce.
For entrees, we each had stir frys, which can be ordered with a large variety of proteins & sauces.
2 of our party ordered the duck stir fry, one with the basil sauce, and one with the ginger sauce. The duck was extraordinary. Succulent, with beautifully browned crispy skin. It was arranged on top of a beautiful mound of perfectly prepared, colorful vegetables.
I ordered the shrimp stir fry with ginger sauce. The shrimp were very large & perfectly made, the ginger sauce was tasty with ginger goodness.
The stir fry dishes are worth mentioning because the chef really knows how to prepare and stir fry vegetables. They were perfectly cooked, neither too hard not too mushy, the variety of vegetables was plentiful and colorful. Truly the best stir fry dishes I’ve ever had!
We love this restaurant and keep coming back each year on our vacation. I wish I could lift this restaurant up and put it down in my home town!
